Bunny Ears Everywhere

Finishing up our Easter fun, this was A's first year that she really got into the whole Easter egg hunt activity.  So of course we had to mix things up a little bit and you should have seen her face when there were pieces of paper in the eggs and not prizes...huh?!  She quickly got the hang of things when she started picking prizes from the bunny stash, including a pair of glasses that double as a straw.  I remembered having a pair of these when I was a kid, so when I saw them they were a must have.
Penelope was happy as long as she could chew on the eggs and try to rip the ears off of her sister.  Oh and a little food on the face.
Another Easter, another great meal, another day at the Mandarin Art Festival and for Adelaide another day of golf obsession.

Baseball

A new activity for the girls this weekend, first visit to see the Jacksonville Suns. A was really excited when we got there, but the excitement did die down when there wasn't a lot of cheering happening.
A was also excited to get an Easter egg from Sunny the Bunny and I was excited that I managed to actually catch it when it was thrown into the stands. In true Penelope fashion she was just excited about her new food selection, French fries.
We knew that the girls wouldn't last the entire game, but we did keep them awake until the seventh inning so that A could learn a new song, may have been a mistake because she is now obsessed!  The baseball stadium is about 30 minutes from our house and A made us sing to her the entire way home and then immediately asked for the song again when she woke up.  One fun fact Adelaide will hate reading one day in this blog when printed is that the obsession with the song never ended and now when she is sitting on the potty we have to sing it to her.
