We ventured across the pond again last month and this time we went to Belgium and Germany. Thankfully the trip started out on a much higher note than our trip to London in December. We arrived as schedule WITH our luggage AND the car service was there to pick us up. We went through the Belgium version of customs and immigration which was practically nothing and then we were off to the Conrad. This trip we were joined my my folks, sister and sister's boyfriend.
Of course after flying through the night and then walking around part of the city we had to stop for Godiva hot chocolate. What was amazing is that they literally were melting the chocolate down and adding milk to give us our sweet indulgence!
